Pipe and Drape Services

The Department of Labor is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide pipe and drape services for an event. The services include setting up pipe and drape for exhibit halls, a pre-function registration area, and a banquet area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and labor to complete the setup and takedown of the event. The contract will be from the date of award through October 1, 2025. • The event requires setup of pipe and drape for exhibit halls, including a WC Exhibit Station and a stage area. • The pre-function registration area requires setup of four 6’ gold draped tables, a pipe and drape, and comfortable padded executive-style chairs. • The banquet area requires setup of a black draped wall to close off the area for luncheon service. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and labor to complete the setup and takedown of the event. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of continuous active participation in the applicable industry. • The contractor must have sufficient personnel to meet the deadlines specified in the bid event.
