The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, is seeking information for market research purposes on the availability of Kontek Industries Mobile Response Shields (MRS) for the Security Forces Squadron. The shields must meet or exceed specific requirements, including providing up to NIJ level IV protection, being designed to protect from incoming rounds up to 7.62mm, and being individual and team maneuverable across all terrains and environments. The contractor shall provide equipment to meet the required specifications, including shipping and freight to Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
