16--PREAMP,MAS, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

This solicitation seeks a contractor to perform repair, overhaul, and upgrade services on the PREAMP MAS equipment (NSN 5798‑8000‑001) for the U.S. Navy. The work includes disassembly, inspection, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, and final acceptance to a Ready‑For‑Issue (RFI) condition. The contractor must meet a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 150 days from receipt, adhere to throughput constraints, and comply with extensive quality, configuration management, and documentation requirements.
