NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: Contract for NG911 Services and Products

The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services (DAS SPS), on behalf of Oregon Department of Emergency Management (OEM) and all 9-1-1 Jurisdictions (9-1-1 Jurisdictions) intends to award a sole source contract to CenturyLink Communications, LLC dba Lumen Technology Group (Company) for NG911 Services and Products adopting the provisions of the Company’s Next Generation 9-1-1 Services Catalog and accompanying schedules filed with the Oregon Public Utility Commission (Oregon Catalog) on June 13, 2025. • The contract is for NG911 Services and Products. • The contract will adopt the provisions of the Company’s Next Generation 9-1-1 Services Catalog and accompanying schedules. • The contract is a sole source award. • Protests must be delivered to the DAS SPS Single Point of Contact within 7 calendar days from the date this revised Notice of Intent to Award is posted in OregonBuys.
