2027 Wakarusa River Wastewater Treatment Plant Liquid Biosolids Contingency

The City of Lawrence is seeking a contractor to provide contingency wastewater biosolids removal, transportation, and land application services for the Wakarusa River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary to remove, transport, and land apply wastewater biosolids in accordance with the project specifications. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with four optional one-year extensions. • The contractor must have experience in biosolids removal, transportation, and land application. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes all costs associated with the work. • The contractor must provide references from previous clients.
