Description
The Navy is soliciting quotations for a 4‑inch “Wye” strainer (Level I special‑emphasis material) to be used in a critical shipboard system. The strainer must conform to NAVSEA drawing 845‑7526208 and associated specifications (ASTM‑A216, ASTM‑A105, MIL‑DTL‑1222, etc.), and requires extensive testing, certification, and traceability. The contract will be awarded on a “DO” priority basis, with past performance as the primary evaluation factor. Delivery is required within 365 days of contract award, and the contractor must maintain ISO‑9001 (or MIL‑I‑45208) quality systems, provide all required inspection and radiographic data, and handle all logistics through WAWF.
