Purchase and Delivery of Mattress Sets

The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver 87 twin‑extra‑long mattress sets (box spring, mattress, and protector) to eight fire stations, and to remove the existing sets. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible quote, with full responsibility for shipping, handling, and disposal of old equipment. The vendor must meet extensive insurance requirements and provide required certifications. • Supply 87 complete mattress sets (box spring, mattress, encasement) meeting specified brand or equivalent criteria. • Deliver sets to eight designated fire station locations within standard business hours (8 AM–4 PM, Mon‑Fri). • Remove and properly dispose of the existing mattress sets at each location. • Provide all required insurance, non‑collusion certifications, E‑Verify compliance, and three project references.
