Underground Utility Locating Services

The USDA Rural Development office is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive underground utility locating, marking, and digitization services for the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center and the U.S. National Arboretum. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment (including SONDE transmitters), supervision, and transportation, and deliver the utility data in CAD format.
