The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is intending to negotiate and award a purchase order to Pennon Organization DBA WITF, Inc. for weather radio tower maintenance at Station WXM-33 located in Johnstown, PA. The sole source determination is based on NOAA's requirement that Pennon Organization DBA WITF, Inc. is the only vendor that can perform the services because the weather radio tower is located on their property. The period of performance is from the date of award to 04/30/2027 with four option years. * The weather radio tower is located on Pennon Organization DBA WITF, Inc.'s property. * Pennon Organization DBA WITF, Inc. has knowledge of the NWS transmitter and its components due to being on-site during the installation process. * Pennon Organization DBA WITF, Inc.'s engineers are available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. * The period of performance is from the date of award to 04/30/2027 with four option years.
