Animal (Livestock) Weighing Scale

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is seeking bids for a single large animal weighing scale with cage for the Livestock Evaluation Center. The equipment must be brand new, manufactured by Rice Lake Scales Weighing Systems, and delivered and installed by the manufacturer or their authorized representatives. The scope of work includes the installation, calibration, and certification of the equipment at the PA Livestock Evaluation Center. • The equipment must be located and sold by a dealership in Pennsylvania. • The bid must include the Rice Lake Scale, Animal PKG PN172379, two sliding gates, and the RLWS Weigh Center, 920i w/ rog and printer cabling PN173139. • The bid will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, but the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
