Contract: B-20 WITH B-5 OPTION BIODIESEL FUEL SUPPLY AND DELIVERY

The State of New Hampshire is seeking one or more qualified vendors to supply and deliver B‑20 biodiesel fuel (with an optional B‑5 blend) to state agencies via tractor‑trailer over a two‑year period. The contract will begin September 1 2026 and run through August 31 2028, with a possible two‑year extension. Vendors must meet ASTM fuel specifications, provide rapid 48‑hour delivery (24‑hour for rush orders), and submit detailed monthly and quarterly usage reports.
