The City of Salina is seeking an engineering consulting firm to evaluate, design, and support the replacement of three aging corrugated‑metal‑pipe culverts on Fairdale Road. The scope includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, development of construction‑ready plans and specifications, utility and easement coordination, and assistance through bid letting and construction phases. The consultant must demonstrate prior municipal culvert or small‑scale bridge experience and be able to meet an aggressive schedule that moves from design start in November 2026 to construction completion by November 2027. • Perform alternative evaluations, size/material selection, and hydraulic modeling for 25‑year storm events. • Produce full design packages (plans, specs) and manage easement acquisition and utility relocation. • Provide ongoing support during bid advertising, bid evaluation, and construction administration.
