This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) seeks qualified general contractors to perform a residential rehabilitation project at 2918 W. Gonzalez St., Pensacola, FL. The work is limited to emergency‑level items and includes: • Installation of a new HVAC system (condenser, handler, ductwork, return air grills, digital thermostat) meeting state energy‑efficiency guidelines and a Manual J load calculation. • Complete septic system replacement and tie‑in to the county sewer line, including de‑commissioning and back‑filling of the existing tank, site grading, top‑soil restoration, grass seeding, and any required fence or landscaping repairs. • Compliance with all applicable Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulations, Escambia County Building Code, and OSHA safety standards. • Contractors must be licensed, insured, in good standing with the County, and provide a letter of insurability if new to the County.
