DRAFT 908th Lodging BPA

The US Air Force is soliciting quotes for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide hotel lodging services for approximately 700 reservists at Maxwell AFB, AL. The BPA will be awarded to up to 15 vendors who can provide reasonably priced lodging within a 20-mile radius of the base. The evaluation criteria will include price, technical factors such as distance and amenities, and past performance. • The BPA will have a period of performance of 5 years. • The dollar limit for each call shall be $250,000.00 for contracting officers and $10,000.00 for contracting officer representatives. • Vendors must be registered in the DoD Systems for Award Management (SAM.gov) database to be eligible for an award. • Quotes must include a completed price list and letter requesting to establish a BPA. • The Government intends to award the BPA without discussions, so the initial quote should contain the offeror's best terms from a price standpoint.
