Request for Statement of Qualifications for Airport Engineering Services

The Stuttgart Municipal Airport is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive airport‑related services over the next five years. The work includes design, planning, and construction‑observation for a wide range of airport improvement projects, all to be performed in compliance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100‑14. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the submitted Statement of Qualifications and will be funded through FAA and Arkansas Division of Aeronautics grants. • Airfield pavement rehabilitation, runway/taxiway extensions, and lighting upgrades • Environmental, geotechnical, drainage, and safety area studies • Design, surveying, and construction‑observation for hangars, terminal buildings, fuel systems, and security fencing • Assistance with grant reimbursement schedules and coordination with FAA regulations • Optional ancillary services such as property acquisition and utility relocations
