Dorm Dryer Duct Cleaning

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to clean the dorm dryer vents at Minot Air Force Base, ND. The contractor will be required to begin work within two months of award and complete the work within two weeks. The contractor will be escorted at all times while on the base, and the government will provide two escorts if given a 3-day notice. The contractor will be permitted to clean back-to-back dormitory facilities in sequence on the same day with 24-hour prior notification to the government and dormitory management. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the dryer vents in the dormitories. • The contractor will be required to work with the government to coordinate access and scheduling. • The contractor will be permitted to work during business hours (0800-1600). • The ducts are mostly horizontally routed between floors, but some are vertically routed through exterior walls. • The units are a mix of stacked and side-by-side configurations.
