Sanitary Tank Cleaning and Sanitization Services at Naval Base Point Loma

The Department of the Navy is seeking a contractor to provide sanitary tank cleaning and sanitization services at Naval Base Point Loma. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing Sanitary Tank #2, with options for Tanks #1 and #3. The work includes providing all necessary equipment, utilities, and services for tank cleaning, as well as removing anodes and performing bacteriological testing. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to environmental and safety requirements. • The period of performance is from September 29, 2026, to February 28, 2027. • The contractor must provide a quality management system and submit bacteriological test results prior to inspection. • The contractor must comply with all safety and health requirements, including those related to confined space entry and hazardous materials handling. • The contractor must provide proof of U.S. citizenship and obtain a Marine Chemist certification prior to starting work. • The contractor must attend a kick-off meeting and a closeout meeting, and provide a technical submission demonstrating capabilities in fulfilling the Statement of Work.
