The City of Salina is seeking qualified contractors to perform surface preparation and painting of structural steel elements on the 531‑ft North Ohio Street Bridge and associated lighting fixtures. The work includes painting fences, concrete barriers, and a total of 70 street and pedestrian light poles (including multi‑color applications), as well as rail‑on‑concrete barrier components. Bidders must hold KDOT Work Type Q qualification for structural steel painting.
