Aircraft Maintenance & Avionics Services

The State of Montana is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive aircraft maintenance and avionics installation/repair services for its fleet of fixed‑wing aircraft and helicopters. The contract will cover routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, parts provisioning at discounted rates, and full avionics support, with optional after‑hours coverage. Bidders must demonstrate FAA‑certified A&P and Inspection Authorization personnel, secure facilities, and the ability to document all work per FAA standards. • Service scope includes standard inspections, 100‑hour checks, engine overhauls, airframe repairs, avionics installation, and parts discounting. • Mandatory requirements: FAA A&P certification, insurance, nondiscrimination statements, and completion of all prerequisite and mandatory submission items. • Contract will be awarded to all qualified bidders; the State may request additional work from awarded contractors throughout the contract term.
