8145--IDIQ for Insulated Small & Medium Shipping Boxes Anchorage VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from qualified sources to provide insulated shipping boxes and ice packs for the safe and efficient transport of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals for the Alaska VA Healthcare System. The supplier shall supply and deliver completely assembled insulated shipping containers and packs as specified. The shippers shall meet applicable standards for quality, safety, and shipping for sensitive items such as pharmaceuticals and vaccines. The shippers shall be lightweight, reusable, and include foam container and shipping box. The shipper shall maintain a temperature range of 2°C to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) for up to 96 hours and provide consistent cold storage during transit. • Required sizes: 6x6x6 Small Insulated Cold Boxes w/Foam Cooler, 9x9x9 Medium Insulated Cold Boxes w/Foam Cooler, and 8oz Ice Packs • Estimated annual quantities: 12,000 small coolers, 220 medium coolers, and 24,000 ice packs • The supplier shall deliver the products to the Alaska VA Healthcare System within 24 hours of order • The VA is seeking a Base plus 4 option years IDIQ Contract
