The U.S. Embassy in Yangon is seeking an external vendor (with a local Myanmar partner) to provide dedicated Internet service to its compound at 84/86 Pyay Road. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ for a 30 Mbps dedicated leased line, a /29 public IP subnet for five users, and initial installation. The base period is one year with four optional one‑year extensions, for a potential total performance period of five years. The award will go to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The contractor must manage all technical aspects, including circuit installation, maintenance, and 99.7 % monthly availability, and must be SAM‑registered (contracts > $30,000).
