Contracted Services & Related Products

The Alief Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide various contracted services on an as-needed basis. The services include Professional Development Services, Interpretation/Translation Services, Student-Focused Contracted Services, Employee-Focused Contracted Services, Consulting Services, Event Rental Services, Apparel/Uniform Services, Vehicle & Transportation Services, and other contracted services. The contract will be active through August 31, 2030, and the District will review and award supplemental vendors throughout the term of the contract. • The contract is for a pool of pre-qualified vendors from which quotes for needed services will be obtained. • Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The District reserves the right to award a Vendor offering the best value, and not necessarily to the Vendor proposing the lowest price. • The evaluation criteria include purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of the vendor's goods or services, extent to which the vendor's goods or services meet the District's needs, and the vendor's past relationship with the District.
