Description
The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive inspection and preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment at two Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility facilities. The work includes routine inspections, preventive servicing, emergency response, parts supply, reporting, and training, with a mandatory site visit to verify conditions. The contract is a one‑year fixed‑price agreement with up to four optional one‑year renewals, subject to performance and funding. Bidders must have at least three years of HVAC maintenance experience, provide the required insurance, and attend the July 1 site visit to be eligible.
