RFP - Seneca Park Zoo – Master Plan Phase 2 – Tropics: Exhibit Media Content Development

The Monroe County Purchasing Office is seeking a vendor to develop exhibit media content for the Tropics section of the Seneca Park Zoo as part of its Master Plan Phase 2. The contractor will be responsible for creating engaging, multimedia displays (video, animation, interactive elements) that educate visitors about tropical ecosystems and wildlife. This work involves content concepting, script writing, media production, editing, and delivery of ready‑to‑install assets. • Scope includes full media production (storyboarding, filming, animation, graphics) for multiple exhibit stations. • Deliverables must meet zoo exhibit standards for durability, accessibility, and visitor experience. • Contractor will coordinate with zoo staff for content approval and on‑site installation support.
