NEPE Custodial-Grounds Care Services

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a contractor to provide custodial and grounds care services at the Nez Perce National Historical Park. The services will include providing all labor, materials, travel, and equipment necessary to perform custodial and janitorial services, as well as grounds care services. The contractor will be expected to provide services at several locations, including Canoe Camp, Heart of the Monster, and White Bird Battlefield. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed price purchase order with a duration of approximately 1 year. * The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. * The contractor will be expected to have experience in providing similar services. * The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. * The contractor will be expected to provide a price schedule and other relevant information as part of their quote. * The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical capability, past performance, and price.
