The State of North Dakota’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified fiscal‑agent to administer self‑directed support waivers for individuals with developmental disabilities. The contractor will advance payroll, manage participant budgets, submit Medicaid claims, verify vendors, handle electronic visit verification, and provide ongoing reporting and training.
