Description
The Brazos River Authority (BRA) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape and mowing services for two facilities in Bell County (Temple‑Belton Wastewater Treatment Plant and Doshier Farms). The contract covers weekly mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, herbicide application, and twice‑yearly fire‑ant treatment, with all labor, equipment, materials, and related services supplied by the contractor. Service frequency is estimated at a minimum of 24 visits per year per site, but actual work is “as‑needed” to keep properties presentable. The contract term is one year with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals (maximum five years). BRA will award to the lowest responsible bidder; bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 8 Oct 2026. The contractor must provide a single point of contact, maintain required insurance, and comply with security, background‑check, and licensing requirements.
