NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ROCKWALL SERVICE (MAINTENANCE)

The Alabama National Guard intends to issue a sole source award to Extreme Legacy Limited LLC for a 12-month service contract to support Rockwall maintenance, including parts, labor, and travel. The contract has a total value of $68,124.00. The objective is to purchase Rockwall Service for four mobile auto belay 25’ foot rock walls on dual axel trailers used at community events for special engagements for the 22nd RRB recruiting efforts throughout the state to capture leads and enlistments. • The contract will be for a period of 12 months with 4, 12-month options. • The vendor, Extreme Legacy Limited LLC, is the sole distributor of the mobile climbing walls and Belay in the Box Auto Belay Systems and has patented proprietary rights. • The government has determined that only one responsible source can satisfy the agency's requirements, and therefore, a sole source award is being made.
