South Carolina seeks up‑to‑five vendors to provide statewide, nationally‑normed formative (interim) assessments for English‑Language Arts and Mathematics covering kindergarten through grade 8. The contract includes development of assessment items, a web‑based delivery platform, alignment to state standards, required accommodations for students with disabilities and English‑language learners, and a research study demonstrating the assessments’ impact on achievement.
