The Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is seeking information from potential vendors to replace various types of Jones Tubes, including clear and frosted tubes with suture holes of different sizes. The MEDVAMC is looking for vendors who can provide these items and is seeking information on their ability to fulfill this requirement. Vendors are requested to provide estimated market research pricing along with their responses. The information provided will be used solely by MEDVAMC as “Market Research” and will not be released outside of the MEDVAMC Purchasing and Contract Team. • The required items include clear and frosted Jones Tubes with suture holes of different sizes. • Vendors must provide documentation of where the items are manufactured and whether they are in compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR). • Vendors must also provide evidence of their access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. • The MEDVAMC is seeking information on the vendors' ability to fulfill this requirement, including their company's business size, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, and whether they are a small business concern, SB, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, or 8A concern.
