Tent Rental Services

The Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department is seeking bids for the rental of event tents and miscellaneous event supplies to support year-round activities at the Wisconsin State Fair Grounds. The contractor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and maintaining tents and equipment, as well as providing 24-hour contact coverage for emergencies. The required rental items will include event tents of various sizes, tables, chairs, concrete blocks for anchoring, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment. The scope of work includes: • Supplying and delivering event tents and miscellaneous event supplies • Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all tents and miscellaneous event supplies during the rental periods • Providing 24-hour contact coverage for emergencies • Returning the specified tents and rental equipment in a timely and professional manner • Adapting to changing event dates and requirements from year to year
