SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GENERATOR SPARE PARTS

The U.S Embassy in Bujumbura is seeking to procure generator spare parts. The embassy requires vendors to submit their best quotation no later than July 29, 2026. The quotation must include the delivery point, delivery lead time, unit and total prices, and any applicable taxes. The embassy intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and be NDAA compliant. The vendor must also complete, sign, and submit the attached NDAA Compliance Certification Form with its quotation. Some of the required spare parts include: • Antifreeze motorcraft coolant • Generator voltage regulator • Fan belt cummins • Air filter • Oil filter • Fuel filter • Fuel injection pump • Lift pump • Turbocharger • Alternator • Water pump • Battery charger • Degreaser • Dry battery The vendor must ensure that its quotation includes all information necessary for evaluation in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
