Budget estimate

$20,000 – $25,000

The contract ceiling is $25,000, and the city expects a complete bid covering both parts and labor within that amount. Assuming a balanced split, the vendor could earn roughly $12‑15K for parts and $10‑13K for labor, yielding a total budget range of approximately $20,000 to $25,000. Factors influencing the final figure include the volume of parts required, labor hours, and any additional equipment pickup/delivery charges.
