Sole Source Contract for Building Automation Integration and Maintenance Services

Coastal Carolina University is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide ongoing support, maintenance, repair, replacement, expansion, and integration of its existing Siemens building automation infrastructure across campus for the next three years. The contractor will supply Siemens‑certified hardware, software, and engineering services to ensure all additions, modifications, and repairs remain fully compatible with the university’s Siemens platform, covering HVAC, chilled water, pumps, cooling towers, valves, sensors, and related systems. This effort includes project management, labor, testing, commissioning, and updated graphics integration into the university’s control environment. • Provide Siemens‑certified integration, hardware, and software for new and existing facilities. • Deliver controls for AHUs, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, valves, sensors, and monitoring systems. • Perform engineering, project management, testing, commissioning, and software‑graphics updates using Siemens‑authorized tools.
