USNH - Ad Hoc Junk Removal Service

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide as-needed, ad-hoc junk removal and clean-out services for its campuses. The selected firm will be required to provide services such as full room/building cleanouts, general junk removal, and proper disposal of items. The contract will be for three years with the option for two one-year extensions. • The firm must have adequate insurance coverage and appropriate equipment for safe and efficient junk removal. • The firm must be able to provide service as needed and have access to appropriate disposal facilities. • The firm must provide a detailed plan, including pricing, and meet the minimum insurance requirements. • The firm must comply with the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, RSA 91-A.
