The work is performed under an Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) Firm‑Fixed‑Price contract and includes routine and ad‑hoc sampling, laboratory analysis, chain‑of‑custody documentation, and electronic reporting for a variety of water systems (potable, cooling‑tower, sterile‑processing, dental waterlines, etc.). • Perform weekly/quarterly sampling of hot and cold water outlets at VA hospitals, CBOCs, and related overnight‑stay buildings across five Ohio locations.
• Conduct Legionella culture, heterotrophic plate counts, chemical analyses (pH, temperature, residual biocide, hardness, etc.), and specialized testing for sterile‑processing systems and dental waterlines.
• Provide all‑inclusive per‑test pricing, maintain chain‑of‑custody records, and submit results electronically within the stipulated turnaround times (e.g., 24 hr preliminary notice for positive Legionella, 2 weeks final report).
