On-Call Lawn Care Services

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide on-call lawn care services at the Area Office West – Rapid City, located at 3625 5th Street, Rapid City, SD. The services include routine lawn maintenance, lawn health and turf management, and debris cleaning and removal. The contractor will be required to maintain the lawn and landscaped areas in a healthy, safe, and aesthetically pleasing condition. The period of performance is expected to be approximately 6 months, with services ordered as needed. * The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to maintain the lawn and landscaped areas. * The contractor will be required to submit a Service Report for each service event, including date and time of service, photos of areas serviced, materials used and quantities, and start and completion times. * The contractor will be paid monthly in arrears, based on verified service reports and invoices approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). * The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable OSHA, federal, state, and local safety standards.
