IDNR - Nauvoo Kayak Concession

The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to run the Kayak Concession at Nauvoo State Park. The vendor will be required to submit pricing for the concession, and the contract will be for an initial term of 5 years with the option to renew for an additional 5 years. The vendor will be responsible for paying an annual rent to the state, and the state anticipates that a fair annual rent payment will be no less than $100. The vendor will also be required to submit a vendor disclosure or IPG active registered vendor disclosure, an offer to the state of Illinois, and a contract. • The vendor must submit their bid through BidBuy, and the bid must include all required documents and information. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonding, if required. • The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, delivery, and performance. • The vendor must cooperate with the state in all matters related to the contract, including audits and investigations.
