Courier Services

The U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a contractor to provide courier services for the transportation of government supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and parcels between different CBP sites in the San Francisco Bay Area. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four optional 12-month extensions. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all five years and complete a quotation pricing spreadsheet. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services meet or exceed the specifications described in the statement of work (SOW). • The contractor must have experience in providing courier services. • The contractor must have a valid business license and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must have a plan in place for emergency situations and natural disasters.
