The FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a five‑year service agreement and qualification service for a Cerulean SM450i Linear Cigarette Smoking Machine located at the Tobacco Products Laboratory in Atlanta, GA. The contract includes annual preventative maintenance, on‑site repair, operation qualification/performance verification, unlimited technical support, and full warranty coverage for non‑consumable parts. Service must be performed by Cerulean‑trained engineers, comply with ISO‑17025, and include detailed reporting for each visit.
