Notice of Intent – Sole Source – Handheld radios - PR16059661

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source contract for Kenwood handheld radios to Federal Communications Consulting. The contract is for the purchase of handheld radios to be used by FAC, DTO, and GSO. The acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 5 FAH-2 H-743 Regional Information Management Center (RIMC). • The contract is for a firm-fixed-price. • The contract is not open to competitive proposals. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement within seven calendar days after the publication of the synopsis. • The Government will consider all information received by the response date.
