The City of Richland is seeking a qualified Service Provider to provide recycling services, including collection and processing of recyclable materials. The Service Provider will be responsible for collecting and processing materials from various City recycle collection sites, providing a facility to receive recyclable material, and marketing the materials. The Service Provider must have at least five years of experience in processing and marketing recyclable materials and must be able to meet all the requirements for commercial truck operation.
