The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a Role II Medical Facility at North Landing Zone (NLZ) in northeastern Syria. The project scope includes the design and construction of a new medical facility and associated power generation and service. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the Government intends to use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 546 calendar days after the issuance of the notice to proceed.
