Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive refuse‑collection services and associated equipment for Devils Fork State Park. The contractor must supply a stationary compactor, rolling dumpsters, a construction dumpster, and a dumper/cart for transferring waste, install and maintain the equipment, and perform on‑call hauling and disposal of solid waste to approved landfills. The State will pay monthly equipment fees and per‑pickup rates, with additional charges for landfill tonnage and construction‑dumpster services. The contract is a 1‑year base period with up to four automatic 1‑year renewal options, totaling a possible five‑year term.
• Provide and maintain a 42‑cubic‑yard compactor, eleven 4‑cubic‑yard rolling dumpsters, a 30‑cubic‑yard construction dumpster, and related transfer equipment.
• Perform on‑call waste pickup, landfill disposal, and regular equipment cleaning, pest control, and paint maintenance.
• Deliver monthly invoicing for equipment fees and per‑service rates; comply with all SC environmental, safety, and procurement regulations.
