This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to repair a thrust bearing (NSN to be verified) for the U.S. Navy. The work is performed under a firm‑fixed‑price (or NTE) contract with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 95 days, government source inspection, and strict reporting requirements via the Commercial Asset Visibility system. The contractor must provide detailed pricing, demonstrate ability to meet the RTAT, and comply with all applicable quality, marking, packaging, and security regulations. • Repair of thrust bearing to original specifications, including any required testing and inspection. • Mandatory government source inspection (GSI) and reporting of receipt/action dates within five business days. • Fixed‑price pricing with penalties for missed RTATs and optional quantity increase up to three units, exercisable under FAR 52.217‑6. • All work must comply with MIL‑STD‑130 marking, MIL‑STD‑2073 packaging, and applicable Navy/DoD quality assurance standards. • Contractor must submit a quote that includes unit price, total price, and RTAT, and provide documentation for any price deviations or prior invoices for similar parts.
