HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICE

The State of Maryland is seeking a contractor to provide hazardous waste disposal services for Maryland Correctional Enterprises. The contractor will be responsible for picking up hazardous waste from various correctional institutions and disposing of it in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be for a base period of one year with two single-year renewal options. The contractor must have the necessary experience, qualifications, and certifications to perform the work, including a Transportation EPA ID Number, TSD EPA ID Number, and Certificate of Environment Liability Insurance. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and financial capability to perform the work. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documents and information, including a completed Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Price Form, and Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
