The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) is seeking proposals for emerging technologies to fill the complete spectrum of Armaments Center technology needs. The proposals should be for scientific study and experimentation directed toward advancing the state of the art or increasing knowledge and understanding within the Armaments Center's technical community. The proposals can be submitted at any time during the period of the announcement, and they will be evaluated on their technical merit. Some key points to consider: • The proposal should include a brief summary of the work contemplated for each 12-month period. • The proposal should include a statement of work, biographical sketch, bibliography, current and pending support, facilities, equipment, and other resources. • The proposal should include a cost proposal and a budget. • The proposal should include a statement of disclosure preference during the evaluation phase and, should an award be made, afterwards.
