The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for United States Attorneys, is seeking deposition stenographer court reporting services for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of South Carolina. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and four option years. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide court reporting services. • The contract is a 100% small business set-aside. • The award will be made under NAICS code 561492, Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. • All task orders awarded under this IDIQ will be T&M and will comply with FAR 16.505, ordering procedures. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • Quotes must be submitted via email to Jonathan Mayfield at [email protected] by Tuesday, July 29th at 12:00 p.m. EST.
