The State of Alabama seeks a Quick‑Quote vendor to provide supplemental maintenance and support for the Alabama Vehicle Information Network (ALVIN) titling system for the period October 1 2026 – September 30 2027. The effort includes software maintenance (documentation access, hot‑fixes, defect repair, service packs, upgrades), extended support services (evenings, weekends), hosting, application monitoring, and installation of graphics processing units to enable new functionality. Approximately 33,580 labor hours (≈ 18 full‑time employees) are anticipated.
