Keysight Brand Name or Equal Logic Analyzer

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking quotations for a Keysight brand logic analyzer (or an equal‑performance alternative) and associated hardware. The requirement is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside; offerors must be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM‑authorized reseller and must provide proof of reseller status. Gray‑market or drop‑shipped items from outside the United States are prohibited. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, with technical acceptability tied to meeting the detailed specifications in the attached attachments.
